During the whole process of creating all of my Printmaking Portraits I couldn't find the right details for it. I had to find a picture and get rid of all the white space , but it was very challenging . After that process I had to get some aluminum and cut it out the same size my picture is. Then I had to heat up my aluminum so it would be easier to carve into, I used light strokes to make my image more realistic . The goal of creating this image was to get something out of myself , showing how confident I could be and need to be. Once I was done carving my portrait I had to get my supplies to print my portrait onto paper. One struggle about this project is that none of my pictures could have white spaces. My big goal was to show myself and what big things I can do.
